Welcome to Guest Concierge
Guest Concierge is the dashboard for short-term rental hosts. From one screen you manage every property, sync bookings, talk to guests, handle issues, track payments and measure how well your concierge is performing.
What can I do here?
- Create and manage your full property portfolio with photos, amenities, location maps and platform sync (Airbnb, VRBO).
- Sync bookings via iCal and view check-ins and check-outs on a unified calendar.
- Reply to guest messages in real time from a single inbox, with language detection and AI assistance.
- Build a knowledge base per listing so the concierge can answer guest questions automatically.
- Track reported issues on a kanban board and assign them to the right teammate.
- Invite teammates, define their roles and limit what each person can see or do.
- Measure interactions, response time, satisfaction and knowledge gaps on the insights page.
- Pair the mobile app to your account and broadcast announcements to your team.
